We at JZR Construction would like to take this opportunity to make you aware of our Handyman billing policy. Regardless of how many times we must visit your home to accomplish the original work order, there will be a one-time travel/administrative charge of $50.00. The actual work will be billed at $95.00 per man-hour, rounded to the nearest quarter hour, plus materials used to complete the work. You are welcome to provide your own materials. Other charges, where appropriate, may include subcontractor fees, permits, trash removal, and/or special equipment fees. Your bill will be itemized accordingly.
We strive to complete your work in the most efficient manner while maintaining our high standards for quality and service. Our handyman’s work is warranted for 90 days from the date of completion.
Payment is due upon completion of your project. We ask that you examine our workmanship and make arrangements for payment either by cash or check. A charge of 18% APR will be assessed on all past due invoices unless prior arrangements have been made.
We are confident you will be satisfied with our Handyman Service. A Quality Audit will be mailed to you upon completion of your project.
